Founded in 2025, Mighty Alps NZ is under the Outdoors Agents NZ LTD umbrella and owned and operated by Lucas Orr—a highly professional guide whose lifelong passion for the outdoors has shaped an exceptional career in the industry.

From an early age, Lucas has been deeply immersed in the natural world, channeling that enthusiasm into a professional journey that began immediately after high school. Starting guiding at just 19, he has since spent the years honing his craft across diverse terrains and disciplines, earning a reputation for expertise, safety, and unwavering dedication.
